Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D., is a scientist, writer, and meditation teacher who has received acclaim for bringing mindfulness into the mainstream of medicine and society. He is a professor emeritus and founding director of the Stress Reduction Clinic and the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
